To provide a flying unit (a multicopter in particular)that can improve cruise speed by having a body shape that causes little undesired positive lifting power due to a body portion and causes less drag in a cruise attitude of the body.SOLUTION: A flying unit includes a plurality of rotary wings including a propeller and a motor, and has a body part of an inverse wing shape. The body part is at an angle of attack that does not generate lifting power or generates a negative lifting power at the time of cruising. The body part is at less than 12 degrees of a positive angle of attack. The flying unit further includes a mounting part capable in which cargoes can be mounted.     【課題】飛行体(特にマルチコプター)のボディ形状を、機体の巡航姿勢において、本体部による不要なプラスの揚力が少なく、抗力も少ない形状とすることにより、巡航速度を向上し得る飛行体を提供すること。【解決手段】プロペラ及びモータを含む回転翼を複数備える飛行体であって、逆翼型形状の本体部を備える、ことを特徴とする飛行体。本体部は、巡航時に、揚力を生まない、または、マイナスの揚力を生む迎角である。本体部は、前記本体部はプラスの迎角12度以下である。さらに、搭載物を搭載可能な搭載部を備える。搭載部は、接続部を介して前記本体部に接続されている。【選択図】図1
