To provide an elevator system which enables an autonomous mobile robot to get on/off even when the communication between the autonomous mobile robot and a robot cloud server is interrupted.SOLUTION: An elevator system is the one that a robot cloud server connected wirelessly to an autonomous mobile robot to control the movement of the autonomous mobile robot, and an elevator cloud server to control an elevator car are mutually connected. The elevator system comprises a light irradiation device in the car. The light irradiation device irradiates a floor surface in the car with a light guide and guides the autonomous movement of the autonomous mobile robot into the car when the communication is interrupted between the autonomous mobile robot waiting at a landing place for boarding and the robot cloud server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自律移動ロボットとロボットクラウドサーバとの間の通信が途絶した場合にあっても、自律移動ロボットの乗降を可能にする。【解決手段】自律移動ロボットと無線接続されて当該自律移動ロボットの移動を制御するロボットクラウドサーバと、エレベータのかごを制御するエレベータクラウドサーバとが相互に接続されたエレベータシステムであって、前記かご内に光線照射装置を備える。当該光線照射装置は、乗場で乗車を待機している前記自律移動ロボットと前記ロボットクラウドサーバとの間の通信が途絶したとき、かご内の床面に光線ガイドを照射して当該自律移動ロボットのかご内への自律移動を誘導する。【選択図】図1
