To appropriately determine whether a fuel cell automobile can travel and report the travel performance of the automobile.SOLUTION: A state determination part 21 determines whether a power part 10 is in a normal performance state, or a limited performance state where travel performance is lower than the normal performance state, or in a low performance state where the travel performance is lower than the limited performance state. In a case where it is determined to be the normal performance state or limited performance state, a travel availability determination part 22 determines that a fuel cell automobile V can travel. In a case where it is determined to be the limited performance state, with the automobile able to travel, a report control part 23 issues a limited state report indicating the fuel cell automobile V is in the state of travel performance being limited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】燃料電池自動車の走行可否をより適切に判定し、燃料電池自動車の走行性能を報知する。【解決手段】状態判定部21は、動力部10が通常性能状態であるか、通常性能状態よりも走行性能が低い制限性能状態であるか、及び制限性能状態よりも走行性能が低い低性能状態であるかを判定する。走行可否判定部22は、通常性能状態又は制限性能状態であると判定された場合、燃料電池自動車Vの走行が可能であると判定する。通知制御部23は、制限性能状態であると判定され且つ走行が可能であると判定された場合、燃料電池自動車Vの走行性能が制限された状態であることを示す制限状態通知を行う。【選択図】図1
