To provide a technology for accomplishing a robust fastening and for reducing stress occurring at a fastening portion in a vehicular component to be attached to a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A vehicular component fastening structure for fastening a vehicular component to a vehicle body by a fastening member includes: a component surface; a seat portion which protrudes toward the vehicle body from the component surface, and to which the fastening member is attachable; and a reinforcement member laminated on the seat portion from an opposite side to the vehicle-body side. The reinforcement member includes a flange portion laminated on the component surface around the seat portion from the opposite side to the vehicle-body side.
