To provide a terminal, a server, a location notification method, and a location provision method that can facilitate identification of a location of a target vehicle without relying on GPS.SOLUTION: A terminal includes: a communication unit that connects to a mobile communication network; a detection unit that detects a first operation performed by an occupant of a vehicle; and a control unit that initiates connection to the mobile communication network when the first operation is performed.
