To provide an on-water wind power generation control system capable of preventing tethers of a kite of an approaching floating body from becoming entangled.SOLUTION: An on-water wind power generation control system 100 comprises: a plurality of power generation units 10 that generates wind power generation using kites 26 connected to a floating body 16 via a tether 24; a position information acquisition unit that is provided in each of the plurality of power generation units 10, and acquires position information of the floating body 16 and the kites 26 of the power generation unit 10; a communication unit that is provided in each of the plurality of power generation units 10, and enables the plurality of power generation units 10 to transmit and receive position information to each other; and a control unit 30 that controls a behavior of the floating body 16 so that a distance d between the plurality of power generation units 10 derived on the basis of the position information of each of the plurality of power generation units 10 is maintained at a predetermined distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
