To provide a vehicle battery cooling device that can efficiently suppress battery degradation while considering the weather conditions around a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery cooling device includes: a blower 54 which can blow the air in a cabin to a battery 24 installed in a vehicle 10; a door open/close state detection sensor 20 which can detect whether at least one of doors 16L, 16R, 18L, 18R that can open/close an opening 14 installed in a vehicle body 12 is in an open state for opening the opening or a close state for closing the opening; an information acquisition unit which can acquire target information being at least one of first information about the rain around the vehicle and second information about the outside air temperature around the vehicle; and a control unit which operates the blower when the door open/close state detection sensor detects that all doors are in the close state or when the target information does not satisfy a specific condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
