If the installation location of the source elevator is not included in the disaster area, an abnormality determination unit determines whether or not the source elevator is abnormal. A first alarm determination unit determines whether or not the alarm from the source elevator is a first alarm since the occurrence of an alarm event. If the installation location of the source elevator is not included in the disaster area, the source elevator is not abnormal, and it is the first alarm after the occurrence of the alarm event, a line control unit converts fixed-form text data into voice and transmits the same to the source elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】災害発生時の管制員の業務負担を軽減することができる受電システム及び受電方法を提供する。【解決手段】受電システムの地域判定部は、昇降機から送信された通話要求の発報を受信した場合に、発報元の昇降機の設置場所が被災地域に含まれるか否かを判定する。異常判定部は、発報元の昇降機の設置場所が被災地域に含まれない場合に、発報元の昇降機が異常であるか否かを判定する。初回発報判定部は、発報元の昇降機からの発報が発報事象発生から最初の発報であるか否かを判定する。回線制御部は、発報元の昇降機の設置場所が被災地域に含まれず、発報元の昇降機が異常でなく、かつ、発報事象発生から最初の発報である場合に、定型文章データを音声に変換して発報元の昇降機に送信する。【選択図】図3
