To provide a technique for automating charging of a battery mounted to a flying object with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A flying object 100 comprises a drive unit 4, a battery 5, a body 1, a leg 7, and an annular power reception coil 8. The drive unit 4 rotates a rotary vane 42 about a rotation axis Jr. The battery 5 can perform charging/discharging to supply power to the drive unit 4. The body 1 stores the battery 5. The leg 7 supports the body 1 during landing. The power reception coil 8 is electrically connected to the battery 5. The leg 7 includes a landing part 72 that comes into contact with a landing surface during the landing. During the landing, the center axis of the power reception coil 8 extends in parallel with the normal direction of the landing surface. The power reception coil 8 is disposed in the landing part 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
