To provide a wind direction control device which can inhibit operation resistance from increasing instantaneously to improve operability when a guide louver is rotationally operated.SOLUTION: A wind direction control device (1) of the invention includes: a case body (10); a first guide louver (20) rotatably disposed; a second guide louver (30) rotatably disposed at the upstream side of the first guide louver (20); and an operation knob (50) which is slidably attached to the first guide louver (20) and operated to rotate the second guide louver (30). The operation knob (50) includes: a knob body (51); an engagement part (52) extending from the knob body (51); and a knob spacer member (60, 90, 90a) which is fixed to the interior of the knob body (51) and placed in tight contact with an outer surface of the first guide louver (20). Each knob spacer member (60, 90, 90a) includes: a tight contact surface which tightly contacts with at least a part of the first guide louver (20); and at least one slit part having a shape that intersects with the tight contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
