To provide a coating rubber composition for RFID tags that is capable of improving the ratio of sustainable materials used in tires, and also to provide a tire with an improved ratio of sustainable materials used therein.SOLUTION: A coating rubber composition for RFID tags includes a rubber component (A) and silica (B), where the silica (B) includes plant-derived silica (B1), and the content of the silica (B) is 45 pts.mass or more relative to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component (A).
