To provide a rubber composition which hardly generates heat and has excellent cut resistance, while containing a reclaimed rubber.SOLUTION: The rubber composition is obtained by blending a diene rubber, carbon black and/or silica, and a cellulose-containing reclaimed rubber. The rubber composition contains 30-100 pts.mass of the total of the carbon black and the silica and 5-25 pts.mass of the cellulose-containing reclaimed rubber based on 100 pts.mass of the diene rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
