To provide an elevator control device, an elevator control method, and an elevator control system capable of turning off a destination floor indicator light in a simpler manner without the need to attach a security button to a car.SOLUTION: There is provided an elevator control device 100 that controls the turning on and off of an indicator light that indicates the destination floor of a user inside a car 200. The elevator control device 100 includes an input/output processing unit 111 that acquires information on the destination floor to which a security signal has been added, an indicator light control unit 114 that performs control to turn off the indicator light for the destination floor when the security signal is acquired, and a car control unit 115 that controls the operation of the car 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
