To provide a fluid outflow prevention tanker capable of dealing with, among damages in which both outer and inner shells are broken, a damage of a shipboard part and a damage of a tank upper part in addition to a damage of a ship bottom part, and preventing a loaded fluid from flowing out of a ship.SOLUTION: A tank is rotated so as to set a hole formed in the tank, that is, an inner shell, at a position higher than the surface of a fluid in the tank and higher than a water line when the specific gravity of the fluid is larger than the air, and at a position lower than the surface of the fluid in the tank when the specific gravity of the fluid is smaller than the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
