To propose a temporary floater enabling temporary reduction of draft in a floating structure, an installation method for the temporary floater for easily attaching/detaching the temporary floater to the floating structure and a removal method for the temporary floater, and a construction method for a wind power generation facility enabling construction while adjusting a draft height by using the temporary floater.SOLUTION: A temporary floater 4 attached to a floating type foundation 3 for increasing buoyancy of the floating type foundation 3 includes: a hollow floater body 41 with an outflow inlet 43 for supplying or discharging a liquid to/from the inside; and a second connection member 42 capable of being connected to a first connection member 34 provided on an exterior surface of the floating type foundation 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
