To obtain a vehicular seat frame and a vehicular seat that allow a passenger to comfortably use an armrest even if a seat back is reclined.SOLUTION: A vehicular seat frame 12 comprises: a pair of front and rear links 54 and 56 constituting a parallel link mechanism 66 together with a seat cushion frame 26 and an armrest frame 52; and an interlocking link 68 of which a front end part is connected to a lower end part of the rear link 56, of which a rear end part is connected to a seat back frame 38, and for turning the rear link 56 to a seat rear side by interlocking with reclining of the seat back frame 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
