To provide a heat medium circulation device for a vehicle that can reduce the frequency of cooling or heating a battery.SOLUTION: A heat medium circulation device for a vehicle includes: a battery temperature control circuit in which a heat medium supplied to a battery is circulated; a battery temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the battery; an outside air temperature sensor that detects an outside air temperature; and a controller. The battery temperature control circuit includes a pump that circulates the heat medium and a temperature control device that changes the temperature of the heat medium. The controller has a pump control part that operates the pump based on the temperature of the battery and the outside air temperature when the temperature of the battery is within a predetermined range and the temperature control device is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
