To make it possible to control a tactual sense of a steering wheel noticed by a driver, and expand a use range of information transmission from the steering wheel to the driver.SOLUTION: A rim part of a steering wheel includes a core material forming the skeleton of the rim part, and a surface layer material covering the core material.
