To provide a method for efficiently constructing a floating type offshore wind power generation facility with draught of a floating body moored in an installation subject sea area at 20 m or less even when a mounting foothold for the floating body type offshore wind power generation facility is not maintained on dock.SOLUTION: A structure on water 10 is temporarily built in a sea area with water depth of 8 m and more and 20 m and less, a plurality of work areas A are provided in a sea area adjacent to the structure on water 10, and a plurality of sets of assembly parts for a wind power generation device 3 are temporarily placed on the structure on water 10. Assembly work for assembling an assembled body 9 is carried out by installing one set of assembly parts on a floating body 2 grounded on sea bottom SB in a work area A by using a self lifting type barge 20 stopped in an arbitrary work area A, the self lifting type barge 20 is moved to another work area A from the work area A with the assembly work finished, assembly work is carried out on the floating body 2 grounded on the sea bottom SB in the work area A, and additional work is carried out to the assembled body 9 having assembly work finished in advance in parallel to the assembly work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】岸壁に浮体式洋上風力発電施設の搭載拠点を整備しなくとも、設置対象海域に係留した浮体の喫水が20m以下の浮体式洋上風力発電施設を効率的に施工できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】水深が8m以上20m以下の海域に水上構造物10を仮設し、水上構造物10の隣接海域に複数の作業エリアAを設け、風力発電装置3の組立部品を複数組水上構造物10上に仮置きしておく。任意の作業エリアAに停船させた自己昇降式台船20を使用して、その作業エリアAの海底SBに着底させている浮体2に対して一組の組立部品を設置して組立体9を組立てる組立作業を行い、自己昇降式台船20は組立作業を終えた作業エリアAから別の作業エリアAに移動させて、その作業エリアAの海底SBに着底している浮体2に対して組立作業を行い、それに並行して、組立作業を先行して終えた組立体9に対して付加作業を行う。【選択図】図14
