To provide technology for reducing danger due to fuel.SOLUTION: An exemplary fuel cell vessel propelling a hull by using electric power supplied by a fuel cell carrying out power generation by electrochemical reaction of fuel includes a block containing an emission source of the fuel, a first detector arranged in the block for detecting the fuel, a ventilation device used for ventilation inside the block, and a second detector arranged in the periphery of the ventilation device for detecting the fuel. Electric power supply to a non-explosion-proof apparatus in the block is stopped when concentration of the fuel in the block is detected to be a first threshold or more by the first detector, and the ventilation device is started when the power source of the second detector is in an ON state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
