The present invention relates to an underfloor frame system for a vehicle molded with a carbon fiber composite. The underfloor frame system for a vehicle comprises: a main frame having a rectangular edge shape and molded to be integrally coupled to each other to form the rectangular shape and wherein a front unit is a front bumper member and both side units are a side member covering a front to a rear and a rear unit forms a rear bumper member; and a center cross member integrally molded with the main frame and connecting the center portion of the both side members while crossing in the width direction of a vehicle.

    탄소섬유복합재로 성형된 차량의 언더플로어 프레임 시스템으로서, 사각의 테두리 형상으로써 상호 일체로 연결되도록 성형되어 닫힌 사각형의 형상을 이루며, 전방부가 프런트범퍼멤버이고, 양 측방부가 프런트부터 리어까지 아우르는 사이드멤버이며, 후방부가 리어범퍼멤버를 이루는 메인프레임; 및 메인프레임과 일체로 성형되며, 차폭 방향으로 가로지르며 양측 사이드멤버의 중반부를 연결하는 센터크로스멤버;를 포함하는 차량의 언더플로어 프레임 시스템이 소개된다.
