The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus for an electric vehicle. More specifically, the cooling apparatus for an electric vehicle cools various electronics mounted to operate a driving motor driving an electric vehicle to prevent overheating. The cooling apparatus for an electric vehicle comprises: a plate member formed to have a predetermined size; a heat dissipation plate spaced by a predetermined distance from both side ends of an upper side of the plate member to dissipate heat; and a pumping means vertically moving between the heat dissipation plates to provide air to the heat dissipation plate.
