The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling an engine clutch lock-up of a hybrid vehicle, and more specifically, to a system and a method for controlling an engine clutch lock-up of a hybrid vehicle, which can promote an improvement in fuel efficiency by allowing a synchronization of the engine speed for the engine clutch lock-up and the motor speed while the operation point of the engine is near the optimum operation line. That is, the present invention aims to provide a system and a method for controlling an engine clutch lock-up of a hybrid vehicle which can simultaneously perform feedback torque control for an HSG, a first feed forward torque control for the HSG, and a second feed forward torque control for the HSG and the engine by increasing the engine torque to be near the optimum operation line during control of the engine clutch lock-up and simultaneously letting the HSG output charge torque (which is torque in the opposite direction to that of the increased engine torque) as much as the increased engine torque, can easily synchronize the engine speed with the motor speed, and can promote an improvement in fuel efficiency.

    본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 엔진클러치 접합 제어 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 엔진의 운전점이 최적 작동 라인에 근접된 상태에서 엔진클러치 접합을 위한 엔진속도와 모터속도를 동기화시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 연비 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 엔진클러치 접합 제어 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 엔진클러치 접합 제어시, 엔진 토크를 최적 운전 라인에 가깝게 증대시키는 동시에 엔진 토크를 증대시킨 만큼 HSG가 충전토크(증대된 엔진토크와 반대방향 토크)를 출력하도록 하는 등, HSG에 대한 피드백 토크 제어와, HSG에 대한 제1피드포워트 토크 제어와, HSG 및 엔진에 대한 제2피드포워드 토크 제어를 동시에 실시함으로써, 엔진속도를 모터속도와 용이하게 동기화시킬 수 있음은 물론 연비 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 엔진클러치 접합 제어 장치 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
