The present specification relates to a circuit for diagnosing a battery cell. The circuit includes: a first voltage measuring terminal which is connected to the cathode of the battery cell; a second voltage measuring terminal which is connected to the anode of the battery cell; a first balancing terminal which is connected to the cathode of the battery cell and arranged in parallel to the first voltage measuring terminal; a second balancing terminal which is connected to the anode of the battery cell and arranged in parallel to the second voltage measuring terminal; a K-th voltage measuring terminal which is connected to the anode of a battery cell at the lowest level; a K-th balancing terminal which is connected to the anode of the battery cell at the lowest level and arranged in parallel to the K-th voltage measuring terminal; a first balancing switch which has one end connected to the first balancing terminal and the other end connected to the second balancing terminal and is turned on or off according to a first control signal; a first detecting unit which receives voltage from each of the first voltage measuring terminal and the first balancing terminal to detect whether the first balancing terminal is open; and a second detecting unit which receives voltage from each of the second voltage measuring terminal and the second balancing terminal to detect whether the second balancing terminal is open. The present invention detects whether the first balancing terminal and the second balancing terminal are open even when the first balancing terminal and the second balancing terminal are simultaneously open.

    본 명세서는 배터리 셀 진단 회로에 관한 것으로서, 배터리 셀의 양극과 접속되는 제1 전압측정 단자; 상기 배터리 셀의 음극과 접속되는 제2 전압측정 단자; 상기 배터리 셀의 양극과 접속되며 상기 제1 전압측정 단자와 병렬로 형성되는 제1 밸런싱 단자; 상기 배터리 셀의 음극과 접속되며 상기 제2 전압측정 단자와 병렬로 형성되는 제2 밸런싱 단자; 최하위 배터리 셀의 음극과 접속되는 제K 전압측정 단자; 상기 최하위 배터리 셀의 음극과 접속되며 상기 제K 전압측정 단자와 병렬로 형성되는 제K 밸런싱 단자; 일단이 상기 제1 밸런싱 단자와 연결되며 타단은 상기 제2 밸런싱 단자와 연결되고, 제1 제어신호에 의하여 온 또는 오프 동작하는 제1 밸런싱 스위치; 상기 제1 전압측정 단자와 상기 제1 밸런싱 단자로부터 전압이 각각 입력되어 제1 밸런싱 단자의 오픈을 검출하는 제1 검출부; 및 상기 제2 전압측정 단자와 상기 제2 밸런싱 단자로부터 전압이 각각 입력되어 제2 밸런싱 단자의 오픈을 검출하는 제2 검출부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 밸런싱 단자 및 제2 밸런싱 단자가 동시에 오픈이 발생하더라도 상기 제1 밸런싱 단자 및 제2 밸런싱 단자의 오픈을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
