The present invention provides a control apparatus for sensing a change in a yaw angle of a moving satellite and calculating a ground sample distance in accordance with the yaw angle. The apparatus for controlling a moving satellite comprises: a sensing unit sensing the yaw angle corresponding to yaw steering of the moving satellite; and a processor calculating the ground sample distance where the length of a pixel captured by the moving satellite is projected on the ground surface in accordance with the yaw angle.

    이동 위성체의 요우 각 변화를 센싱하고, 요우 각에 따른 그라운드 샘플 거리를 계산하는 제어 장치가 제공된다. 상기 이동 위성체의 제어 장치는 상기 이동 위성체의 요우 스티어링에 상응하는 요우 각을 센싱하는 센싱부 및 상기 이동 위성체에 의해 촬영된 픽셀의 길이가 상기 요우 각에 따라 지표면에 사영된 그라운드 샘플 거리를 계산하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
