The present invention provides an aluminum wrought alloy not deformed in a solution process and a press water quenching (PWQ) process. According to the present invention, the aluminum wrought alloy comprises: 5.5-6.0 wt% of Zn; 2.0-2.5 wt% of Mg; 0.2-0.6 wt% of Cu; 0.1-0.2 wt% of Cr; 0.2 wt% or less (greater than 0 wt%) of Fe; 0.2 wt% or less (greater than 0 wt%) of Mn; 0.2 wt% or less (greater than 0 wt%) of Si; 0.1 wt% or less (greater than 0 wt%) of Ti; 0.05 wt% or less (greater than 0 wt%) of Sr; and the remainder consisting of Al.
