The present invention provides a technique having a reinforcing part for preventing a puncture, which has a width reaching a sidewall of a tire, to improve ride feeling and prevent a puncture of the tire caused by foreign substances (for example, a nail) introduced from the outside, and preventing the reinforcing part from being separated from the tire during exposure to rough conditions. The technique allows a bonding part in direct contact with the external surface of the tire and a predetermined part of the external surface of the tire, which is in direct contact with the bonding part, to be carbonized and become bonded, thereby preventing the bonding part positioned between a shoulder part of the tire, which flexibly moves, and the sidewall from being separated from the tire during exposure to rough conditions (e.g., cornering in winter or summer). In addition, a bonding flexible layer part is included in the external surface of the carbonized bonding part, thereby preventing a puncture of the tire when it is exposed to foreign substances introduced into the tire from the exterior. According to the present invention, the bonding carbonization layer part, a bonding primary joined layer, a bonding secondary joined layer part and a bonding flexible layer part are sequentially stacked from an inner wall of the tire such that a puncture prevention reinforcing part with an intended thickness is formed on a boundary area of the shoulder of the tire and the sidewall.

    본 발명은 펑크 방지를 위한 보강부를 타이어의 사이드 월에 이르는 폭을 갖도록 구성함으로써 승차감을 향상시킴은 물론 외부로부터 침투하는 이물질(예: 못)로부터 타이어의 펑크를 방지하도록 하고 그 보강부가 가혹 환경에서 타이어로부터 박리되지 않도록 하는 기술로서, 타이어의 외표면에 직접 맞닿는 본딩부와 그 본딩부에 직접 맞닿는 타이어의 외표면 소정 두게 부분을 탄화시켜 상호 엉켜 붙도록 함으로써 낭창낭창하게 움직이는 타이어의 숄더와 사이드월 부분 사이의 본딩부가 타이어의 가혹 환경(예: 겨울철이나 여름철에 코너링)에서도 떨어지지 않도록 하고, 아울러 탄화된 본딩부의 외표면에 플렉시블한 본딩 플렉시블 레이어부를 구비하여 외부로부터 이물질이 타이어의 내측으로 침투하는 경우에 타이어가 펑크나지 않도록 하는 기술이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 타이어의 내벽으로부터 본딩 탄화 레이어부, 본딩 1차 접합 레이어부, 본딩 2차 접합 레이어부, 본딩 플렉시블 레이어부를 순차적으로 적층함으로써 타이어의 숄더와 사이드 월의 경계영역에서 본래 목적한 두께 펑크 방지 보강부를 형성할 수 있는 장점을 나타낸다.
