The present invention provides a floating solar module support apparatus which can significantly reduce the weight of a support supporting a solar module, and a floating solar power generation apparatus. The floating solar power generation apparatus comprises: the solar module; the support coupled to the solar module, supporting the solar module, and floating on the surface of water; and a water receptor coupled to a lower part of the support, and floating on the surface of water by filling an inner part with water to enable the support to stably float on the surface of water.
