The present invention relates to a clutch control method of a hybrid vehicle, including: an entry condition determining step of determining whether a controller is in a shift state during regenerative braking; an error calculating step of calculating a torque error by subtracting an observer torque which is a clutch transmission torque calculated by a clutch torque estimator that receives a transmission input torque and a motor speed as inputs, from a map torque, which is the clutch transmission torque calculated from the map of the clutch transmission torque for an already learned clutch actuator stroke, in the case of the shift state during regenerative braking; a correction step of a controller correcting a map of the clutch transmission torque for the clutch actuator stroke by using the torque error calculated in the error calculating step; and a clutch controlling step of the controller using the map corrected in the correction step and controlling the clutch. Accordingly, the present invention is able to prevent deceleration and shifting shock by more precise control of clutch transmission torque during regenerative braking and shifting.

    본 발명 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어방법은, 컨트롤러가 회생제동 중 변속 상황인지를 판단하는 진입조건판단단계와; 회생제동 중 변속 상황인 경우, 상기 컨트롤러가 기존의 학습되어 있는 클러치액츄에이터 스트로크에 대한 클러치 전달토크의 맵으로부터 산출된 클러치 전달토크인 맵토크로부터, 변속기 입력토크와 모터속도를 입력으로 하는 클러치 토크추정기에 의해 산출된 클러치 전달토크인 옵저버토크를 차감하여 토크에러를 산출하는 에러산출단계와; 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 에러산출단계에서 산출된 토크에러를 사용하여 상기 클러치액츄에이터 스트로크에 대한 클러치 전달토크의 맵을 보정하는 보정단계와; 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 보정단계에서 보정된 상기 맵을 이용하여 클러치를 제어하는 클러치제어단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
