An object of the present invention is to provide a means capable of preventing overload of a crane. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a crane overload detector for detecting whether a crane is overloaded by using a sensed length of a boom, a sensed angle of the boom, and a sensed weight of a heavy lift, outputting a result, and transmitting the length of the boom, the angle of the boom, and the weight of the heavy lift to a black box device; and a black box device for storing information on the length of the boom, the angle of the boom, and the weight of the heavy lift received from the overload detector in a different cycle according to a weight gravity indicating a weight ratio of the heavy lift compared to a predetermined heavy lift weight gravity.

    본 발명의 실시 형태는 센싱되는 붐의 길이, 붐의 각도, 중량물의 무게를 이용하여 크레인 과부하 여부를 감지하여 출력하며, 상기 붐의 길이, 붐의 각도, 중량물의 무게를 블랙박스 기기로 전송하는 크레인 과부하 감지기; 및 미리 설정된 중량물 무게비중 대비 중량물의 무게의 비율을 나타내는 중량물 무게비중에 따라 서로 다른 주기로서, 상기 과부하 감지기로부터 수신한 붐의 길이, 붐의 각도, 중량물의 무게를 저장하는 블랙박스 기기;를 포함할 수 있다.
