The present invention relates to a hydroelectric power generating apparatus using a folding flap. More specifically, the folding flap which rotates along a floating main body is vertically protruded downward from a lower side of a water-immersed floating main body to be rotated by a flow of water, and is folded toward the floating main body at an upper side of the floating main body from the water. Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to produce stable and efficient electricity without an influence of wind.

    본 발명은 접이식 플랩을 이용한 수력발전장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 부유본체를 따라 회전하는 접이식플랩이 물에 잠긴 부유본체의 하측에서는 하방으로 수직 돌출되어 물의 흐름에 의해 회전하도록 하고, 물에서 나온 부유본체의 상측에서는 부유본체를 향해 접혀 밀착되도록 함으로써, 바람의 영향 없이 안정적이고 효율적인 전기의 생산이 가능하도록 하는 접이식 플랩을 이용한 수력발전장치에 관한 것이다.
