본 발명은 반도체의 열화를 억제하면서, 장기간에 걸쳐 성능을 유지할 수 있는 전자 이동 장치를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 전자 이동 장치(11)는, 교류를 직류로 변환하여 출력하는 컨버터(12)와, 컨버터(12)에 전기적으로 접속되는 제1 도체(14)와, 제1 도체(14)에 결합되어, 실리콘 바인더로 고화되는 탄화규소(SiC) 입자를 포함하는 반도체(21)와, 제1 도체(14)로부터 떨어져 반도체(21)에 결합되는 제2 도체(15)를 구비한다.

    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron transfer device capable of maintaining performance over a long period of time while suppressing deterioration of a semiconductor.SOLUTION: An electron transfer device 11 has a converter 12 for converting AC to DC and outputting it, a first conductor 14 electrically connected to the converter 12, a semiconductor 21 containing silicon carbide (SiC) particles bound to the first conductor 14 and solidified by a silicone binder and a second conductor 15 bound to the semiconductor 21 apart from the first conductor 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
