The present invention relates to an automated guided vehicle with a lifting type bogie traction device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an automated guided vehicle with a lifting type bogie traction device, in which it is possible to trail a bogie to be towed in a flexible and quick manner by recognizing the current position, the traveling speed and the traveling route of the automated guided vehicle being travelled through a QR code, a first obstacle detection unit is provided to detect obstacles located around the travelling path of the automated guided vehicle, a second obstacle detection unit detects a collision of the automated guided vehicle with an obstacle when the automated guided vehicle collides with an obstacle which is not detected by the first obstacle detection unit to allow the automated guided vehicle to normally travel while avoiding the collision with the obstacle, it is possible to move forward and backward and horizontally by means of a mecanum wheel, and the automated guided vehicle can be easily combined with the bogie to be towed from the bottom of the bogie to be towed. The automated guided vehicle according to the present invention includes: a rotating plate connected to a traction drive motor and rotated by receiving a rotational force from the traction drive motor; a push rod having one end connected to an edge of the rotating plate to move up and down according to rotation of the rotating plate; a bogie coupling rod which is connected to the other end of the push rod and moves up and down together with the push rod so as to be coupled to or decoupled from a coupling portion provided in the bogie; a guide block provided at one side of the bogie coupling rod and moving up and down together with the bogie coupling rod as the bogie coupling rod moves up and down; and a support bracket having a guide rail arranged in the vertical direction for guiding and supporting the up/down movement of the guide block having one side coupled to the guide rail.
본 발명은 승강식 대차견인기구가 구비된 무인운반차에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, QR 코드를 통해 주행 중인 무인운반차의 현재 위치, 주행 속도, 주행 경로를 인식하여 유연하고 신속하게 견인 대상이 되는 대차를 견인할 수 있으며, 1차 장애물감지부가 구비되어 무인운반차의 진행 경로 사방에 위치하는 장애물을 감지하고, 1차 장애물감지부에 의해 감지되지 않은 장애물과 무인운반차가 충돌할 경우 2차 장애물감지부에서 장애물과의 충돌을 감지한 후 충돌된 장애물을 회피하여 정상 주행을 할 수 있으며, 메카넘휠에 의해 전후주행 및 좌우 수평주행이 가능하고, 무인운반차가 견인대상이 되는 대차의 하방에서 견인대상이 되는 대차와 용이하게 결합하여 대차를 견인할 수 승강식 대차견인기구가 구비된 무인운반차에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 견인구동모터와 연결되고, 견인구동모터로부터 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 회전판; 회전판의 가장자리에 일측 단부가 연결되어 회전판이 회전함에 따라 상하 승강 운동을 하는 푸시로드; 푸시로드의 타측 단부와 연결되고, 푸시로드가 승강 운동을 함에 따라 함께 승강 운동을 하며 대차에 구비된 결합부에 결합하거나 분리되는 대차결합로드; 대차결합로드의 일측에 구비되며 대차결합로드가 승강 운동을 함에 따라 함께 승강운동을 하는 가이드블록; 및 가이드블록의 일측이 결합하여 가이드블록의 승강 운동을 안내하고 지지하기 위한 가이드레일이 높이방향으로 구비된 지지브라켓을 포함하는 승강식 대차견인기구가 구비된 무인운반차를 제공한다.
