본 발명은 연료전지 차량용 공기 블로워에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 모터 하우징 내부의 지지리브에 방열수단이 형성되어 모터 하우징으로 유입된 공기와 접촉하는 지지리브의 표면적이 넓어짐으로써 모터의 냉각 효율이 향상되고, 이에 따라 작동 안정성과 내구성이 향상되는 연료전지 차량용 공기 블로워가 제공된다.
PURPOSE: An air blower for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of a motor as a surface area contacting to air flowing into a motor housing unit is widened by a radiating member formed on a surface of the support rib. CONSTITUTION: An air blower for a fuel cell vehicle comprises an inlet duct(200), a motor housing unit(300), an impeller housing unit(400), an impeller(410), and a support member(500). The inlet duct includes an air inlet(210). The motor housing unit is joined to a rear end of the inlet duct, and a motor(310) is installed in inside. The impeller housing unit is joined to a rear end of the motor housing unit, and an air outlet(422) is formed in one side of the impeller housing unit. The impeller is installed inside the impeller housing unit, thereby compressing air while being rotated by the motor. The support member is joined to a rear end of the impeller housing unit, thereby supporting a rotary shaft(311) of the motor to be rotatable. A plurality of support ribs for cooling is separately formed on a passage between the motor housing unit and the motor. At least one of radiating members is extended in surfaces of the support ribs along a longitudinal direction of the passage.
