The present invention provides a rapid cooling and heating system for a vehicle using a thermoelectric device, arranging a cooling block of which both sides are opened between heat dissipating blocks of which one surface is opened, installing a thermoelectric device on a boundary surface where the opened surfaces of the heat dissipating block and the cooling block come in contact with each other to have a simple and compact structure, significantly excellent cooling efficiency, and increased cooling speed to be capable of rapidly cooling or heating indoor air of a vehicle.
본 발명은, 일면이 개방된 방열블록 사이에 양면이 개방된 냉각블록을 배치하고, 방열블록과 냉각블록의 개방된 면이 서로 접하게 되는 경계면에 열전소자를 설치하여 구조가 간단하고 콤팩트하면서도 냉각효율이 매우 우수하고 냉각속도도 빨라서 차량 실내공기의 급속한 냉방 또는 난방이 가능하도록 한, 열전소자를 이용한 차량용 급속 냉난방시스템을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
