본 발명은 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탄화수소 용매 중에서, 유기 금속 화합물의 존재 하에, 공액디엔계 단량체를 중합하여 유기 금속이 결합된 활성 중합체를 제조하는 단계(S1); 및 상기 (S1) 단계에서 제조된 활성 중합체와 변성제를 혼합시키는 단계(S2)를 포함하고, 상기 (S2) 단계의 혼합은 레이놀즈 수 20 이하에서 1분 이상 실시되고, 상기 레이놀즈 수는 변성제 투입 시 레이놀즈 수의 ±5의 범위 내(단, 최소 0 초과, 최대 20 이하)에서 유지되는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 제조방법을 제공한다.
