The present invention relates to an emergency drinking water manufacturing device for a lifeboat which uses a solar cell module to produce electricity to desalinate seawater for a long period of time to manufacture drinking water. According to the present invention, the emergency drinking water manufacturing device for a lifeboat comprises: a cylindrical main body including a heating unit having a steam generation chamber to store seawater to be desalinated, and a cooling unit having a heat exchange chamber to store a cooling fluid for heat exchange; an electric heater installed on the steam generation chamber to heat seawater to generate steam; a steam discharge line to discharge steam generated in the steam generation chamber; a heat exchange tube of a thermally conductive metal material connected to the steam discharge line and installed to be immersed in a cooling fluid in the heat exchange chamber to exchange heat between the cooling fluid and steam; a discharge unit connected to the heat exchange tube to discharge water condensed while passing through the heat exchange tube; a solar cell module installed on the exterior of the main body to produce electricity from sunlight; and a control unit to use electricity produced by the solar cell module to operate the electric heater.

    본 발명은 태양전지모듈을 이용하여 전기를 생산하여 오랜 기간 동안 해수를 담수화하여 식수를 제조할 수 있는 구명보트용 비상 식수 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 구명보트용 비상 식수 제조장치는, 담수화할 해수를 저장하는 증기발생챔버를 구비한 가열부와, 열교환을 위한 냉각유체가 저장되는 열교환챔버를 구비한 냉각부를 포함하는 통 형태의 본체; 상기 증기발생챔버에 설치되어 해수를 가열하여 증기를 생성하는 전열히터; 상기 증기발생챔버에서 생성된 증기를 배출하는 증기배출라인; 상기 증기배출라인과 연결되며 상기 열교환챔버 내부에서 냉각유체에 잠겨지게 설치되어 냉각유체와 증기 간의 열교환이 일어나는 열전도성 금속 재질의 열교환튜브; 상기 열교환튜브와 연결되어 열교환튜브를 통과하면서 응축된 물을 배출하는 배출부; 상기 본체의 외부에 설치되어 태양광으로부터 전력을 생산하는 태양전지모듈; 및, 상기 태양전지모듈에 의해 생성된 전력을 사용하여 상기 전열히터를 작동시키는 제어부;를 포함할 수 있다.
