The present invention relates to a sandwich pad for ship and, more specifically, to a sandwich pad for ship applied to the hull to support loaded products and prevent a collision, and a manufacturing method thereof. The sandwich pad for ship comprises: a core structure comprising a fiber-reinforced plastic integrated by stacking at least two layers of one or more prepregs selected from glass fiber prepregs and carbon fiber prepregs; a rubber layer formed to surround an outer portion of the core structure with rubber; and a cresol-based resin adhesive layer comprising elastic particles formed at an interface between the core structure and the rubber layer.
