The present invention relates to a handcart capable of easily controlling ascent and descent of a loading plate. The handcart capable of easily controlling the ascent and descent of the loading plate uses a manual rotating handle and a deceleration gear which can be manufactured at relatively low cost in comparison with a hydraulic structure and, therefore, can reduce a burden of a user, about costs for purchase, repair, and replacement. Also, the handcart capable of easily controlling the ascent and descent of the loading plate includes a ground moving wheel (84) in the lower part to enable the user to control the ascent and descent of the loading plate by minimal power. The handcart capable of easily controlling the ascent and descent of the loading plate comprises: a pair of vertical installation units (10) having a lifting loading plate (12) horizontally installed and having a lifting member capable of controlling the height, wherein an article (2) is loaded on the lifting loading plate (12), wherein the lifting member is individually installed in the pair of vertical installation units (10); a rear lifting plate (14) vertically installed on the rear of the lifting loading plate (12) and supporting the rear of the article (2) by being parallel and close to the vertical installation unit (10); a fixing pin (92) installed at a rear end of the lifting loading plate (12); a lifting control unit installed on the upper side of the fixing pin (92) and lifting the lifting loading plate (12) including the fixing pin (92) by being installed on the rear between the pair of vertical installation units (10); and a transport handle (82) installed on the rear of the vertical installation unit (10) to enable the user to grip the transport handle (82). The transport handle (82) comprises: a wire (32) connected to the upper part of the fixing pin (92); a winding roller (34) on which the wire (32) is wound; and a rotation lever (38) for controlling ascent and descent, having a rotation handle (37) to rotate the winding roller (34) and be connected to a shaft (39).

    본 발명은 적재판의 승강 조절이 용이한 핸드카트에 관한 것으로 유압식 구조에 비해 비교적 저가의 비용으로 제작 가능한 수동 회전식핸들 및 감속기어를 사용함으로써 구매, 수리, 교체에 따른 사용자의 비용부담을 줄여줌과 아울러 사용자가 적은 힘으로 적재판을 승강 조절할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 하부에 지면이동바퀴(84)가 구비되는 핸드카트에 있어서, 물건(2)이 적재되는 승강적재판(12)이 수평 설치되며, 높이 조절 가능한 승강부재를 갖는 한 쌍의 수직설치대(10); 상기 승강부재는 한 쌍의 수직설치대(10)의 내부에 각각 구비되며, 상기 승강적재판(12)의 후방측에 수직 구비됨과 아울러 상기 수직설치대(10)와 근접 평행하게 구비되어 물건(2)의 후방측을 지지하는 승강후방판(14); 상기 승강적재판(12)의 후방단부측에 구비되는 고정핀(92); 상기 고정핀(92)의 상부측에 구비됨과 아울러 상기 한 쌍의 수직설치대(10) 사이 후방측에 구비되어 고정핀(92)이 구비된 승강적재판(12)을 승강시키는 승강조절수단; 상기 승강조절수단은 고정핀(92)에 상부측으로 연결된 와이어(32)와, 상기 와이어(32)가 권취되는 권취롤러(34)와, 상기 권취롤러(34)를 회전시키도록 회전용핸들(37)이 장착되어 축(39) 연결된 승강조절용회전레버(38)로 구성되며, 상기 수직설치대(10)의 후방측에 사용자의 파지가 가능하도록 구비되는 운반용손잡이(82);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
