Embodiments of the present invention provide a radar apparatus having a time division IQ structure which comprises: a transmitting end transmitting a signal, generated through a first transmission output in a first time period, to a transmitting antenna and a signal, generated through a second transmission output in a second time period, to the transmitting antenna through a phase converter; and a receiving end discriminating a target based on the received signal when the signal is transmitted by the transmitting end.

    본 발명의 실시예들은, 제1 시간대에 제1 송신 출력을 통해 발생된 신호를 송신 안테나로 전달하고 제2 시간대에 제2 송신 출력을 통해 발생된 신호를 위상 변환기를 통해 송신 안테나로 전달하는 송신단과, 송신단에 의해 신호가 송신되면 수신되는 신호에 기초하여 타겟을 판별하는 수신단을 포함하는 시분할 IQ 구조를 갖는 레이더 장치를 제공한다.
