The present invention relates to a rotor shaft lifting device of a large-capacity generator, and more specifically, to a rotor shaft lifting device of a large-capacity generator, wherein a lifting device is mounted on one part of an installation surface of an installation structure to increase convenience in the separation work of the lifting device, and the installation space of a high-pressure lifting means is guaranteed without reduction in the strength of the lifting device, thereby enabling application to the lifting of the rotor shaft of a large-capacity generator. To this end, the rotor shaft lifting device of a generator comprises: an upper support member which supports the rotor shaft of a generator; a lower support member which is provided at the lower side of the upper support member to support the load of the rotor shaft and the upper support member, and is fixated to the installation surface of the installation structure around the rotor shaft; and a lifting groove which is formed between the lower support member and the upper support member, and in which a lifting means is arranged to lift the upper support member on which the rotor shaft is mounted. Here, the lower support member comprises: a mounting unit which is mounted across one portion of the installation surface after being formed to have a width smaller than the width of the installation surface of the installation structure; a contact unit which is downwardly extended from the mounting unit, and comes in contact with the front surface of the installation structure; and a fixating means which fixates the contact unit to the installation structure.
본 발명은 대용량 발전기의 로터축 승강장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 승강장치를 설치구조물의 설치면 일부에만 안착되도록 구성하여 승강장치 분리작업의 편의성을 높이고, 승강장치의 강성 저하 없이 고압력 승강수단 설치 공간을 확보하여 대용량 발전장치 로터축 승강에도 적용될 수 있는 대용량 발전기의 로터축 승강장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 발전기의 로터축을 지지하는 상부지지재와, 상기 상부지지재의 하측에 구비되어 로터축 및 상부지지재의 하중을 지지하며 로터축 주변 설치구조물의 설치면에 고정되는 하부지지재와, 상기 하부지지재와 상부지지재 사이에 형성되며 상기 로터축이 안착된 상부지지재를 리프팅시키는 승강수단이 배치되는 리프팅홈을 포함하는 발전기의 로터축 승강장치에 있어서, 상기 하부지지재는, 상기 설치구조물의 설치면 폭보다 작은 폭으로 형성되어 상기 설치면 일부에 걸쳐 안착된 안착부;상기 안착부로부터 하방으로 연장 형성되며, 상기 설치구조물의 전면에 밀착된 밀착부;상기 밀착부를 설치구조물에 고정시키는 고정수단:을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량 발전기의 로터축 승강장치를 제공한다.
