The present invention relates to an LED module structure of an automotive touch panel. The LED module structure comprises: a touch sensor assay (110) sending an operation signal by function in accordance with the selection of a plurality of touch sensors provided to set various convenience functions of a vehicle; a partition foam (120) assembled with the rear side of the touch sensor assay (110); a partition (130) assembled with the rear side of the partition foam (120), and including a plurality of lenses-A (180a) integrated or assembled in accordance with positions of the plurality of touch sensors; a PCB (140) assembled with the rear side of the partition (130) by including an LED (141) for lighting on each of the lenses-A (180a); a housing (150) including a vertical wall part (151) surrounding an assembled state of the touch sensor assay (110), the partition (130), the partition foam (120), and the PCB (140); and an information input part (160) attached to the housing (150), and delivering the force of a touch on a touch sensor expressed by the lighting activation of the LED (141) through the lenses-A (180a). The touch sensor assay (110), the partition foam (120) and the partition (130), which are preassembled with the PCB (140), are fastened with the housing (150), and then, the information input part (160) is installed, or the touch sensor assay (110), the partition foam (120), the partition (130) and the PCB (140) are sequentially fastened with the rear side of the information input part (160), and then, the housing (150) is attached to the rear side of the information input part (160).

    본 발명은 자동차용 터치 패널의 LED모듈 구조에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 여러 편의기능별 설정을 위해 구비된 다수의 터치센서 선택에 따라 기능별 동작 신호를 보내는 터치센서 어세이(110); 상기 터치센서 어세이(110) 이면에 조립되는 파티션폼(120); 상기 파티션폼(120) 이면에 조립되며, 상기 다수의 터치센서 위치에 맞추어 렌즈-A(180a)가 일체형으로 또는 조립식으로 다수 구비된 파티션(130); 상기 렌즈-A(180a) 마다 조명용 LED(141)가 구비되어 파티션(130) 이면에 조립되는 PCB기판(140); 상기 터치센서 어세이(110), 파티션(130), 파티션폼(120), PCB기판(140)의 조립 상태를 감싸주는 입벽부(151)가 구비된 하우징(150); 상기 하우징(150)에 부착되며, 렌즈-A(180a)를 통한 LED(141)의 조명 활성화에 의해 표출되는 터치센서 터치 시의 터치력을 전달하는 정보 입력부(160);로 이루어져서 터치센서 어세이(110)와 파티션폼(120) 및 파티션(130)을 PCB기판(140)에 선 조립한 상태로 하우징(150)에 체결한 후 정보 입력부(160)를 설치하거나 또는 정보 입력부(160) 이면에 터치센서 어세이(110), 파티션폼(120), 파티션(130), PCB기판(140)을 차례로 체결한 다음 하우징(150)을 정보 입력부(160) 이면에 부착 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.
