The present invention relates to technology for preventing the rotational movement of a baffle in a manufacturing process of a fuel tank by improving the structure of the baffle. According to the present invention, disclosed are a baffle for a tank and a tank thereof, wherein an insertion unit into which an insert pin is inserted is formed in the middle of the baffle, and a fusion unit fused to the inner surface of the tank is formed on both sides of the baffle based on the insertion unit, so that movement of the baffle in the release direction of the insert pin is restricted in a process of being released from the inside of the insertion unit.

    본 발명은 배플의 구조 개선을 통해 연료탱크의 제조과정에서 배플의 회전 움직임을 방지하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는, 배플의 중단에 인서트핀이 삽입되는 삽입부가 형성되고; 상기 삽입부를 기준으로 배플의 양측에 탱크의 내면에 융착되는 융착부가 각각 형성되어, 상기 인서트핀이 상기 삽입부 내에서 이탈되는 과정에서 인서트핀이 이탈되는 방향으로 배플이 함께 움직이는 것을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크용 배플 및 그 탱크가 소개된다.
