The present invention relates to an apparatus for transmitting flight monitoring information, a method thereof, and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with the same. According to the present invention, the method provides an advantage of collecting flight monitoring information of UAVs flying at low altitudes in real-time and automatically transferring the same to a monitoring information collection server on the ground to enable real-time tracking of the UAVs operated in a low-altitude airspace. The method provides an advantage of selecting and transmitting a small amount of flight information-related data in a broadcast or multicast type while transmitting the flight monitoring information through a mobile communication network to increase communication efficiency. In addition, the method provides an advantage of transmitting field attribute data prior to transmission of the flight monitoring information to enable a receiving side to predict and analyze flight information-related data included in the subsequent flight monitoring information. The apparatus comprises a storage unit, a communication unit, a sensor unit, a flight information generation unit, and a transmission unit.

    본 발명은 비행감시정보 발신장치 및 그 방법과, 이를 탑재한 무인비행장치에 있어서, 저고도 상공에서 비행 중인 무인비행장치들의 비행감시정보를 실시간으로 수집하여 지상의 감시정보 수집서버로 자동 전달함으로써, 저고도 비행공역에서 운항 중인 무인비행장치들을 실시간으로 추적할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명은 이동통신망을 통해 상기 비행감시정보를 전달하되, 소량의 비행정보 관련 데이터를 선별하여 브로드캐스트 또는 멀티캐스트 형태로 전송함으로써, 통신 효율을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 비행감시정보의 전송에 앞서 필드속성 데이터를 먼저 전송함으로써, 수신측에서 후속되는 비행감시정보에 포함된 비행정보 관련 데이터를 예측하고 분석할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
