전지 제어 장치(50)는, 전지의 OCV를 취득하는 취득부(54)와, OCV가 플랫 영역의 하한 전압 이상, 또한 상한 전압 이하의 범위에 있는지를 판정하는 판정부(55)와, 전지(22)의 축전량을 추정하는 추정부(52)와, 전지(22)의 축전량으로서 참조되는 제어용 축전량을 설정하는 설정부(53)와, 전지를 충방전 제어하는 제어부(51)를 구비한다. OCV가 특정 범위에 있는 경우, 설정부(53)는, 플랫 영역의 하한 전압으로부터 정해지는 제1 축전량으로 제어용 축전량을 설정하고, 제어부(51)는, 주행 가능한 상태로 된 후 OCV가 플랫 영역의 상한 전압을 초과하는 제1 전압으로 될 때까지 전지(22)를 충전하고, 설정부(53)는, 제어용 축전량을 OCV가 제1 전압에 도달할 때까지는 추정부(52)가 추정한 축전량으로 설정하고, OCV가 제1 전압에 도달한 후에 OCV로부터 정해지는 제2 축전량으로 설정한다.

    A battery control unit (50) includes an estimation device (52), a setting device (53), and a control device (51). When an open circuit voltage of the battery (22) falls within a range of a flat region, the setting device (53) sets the control storage amount to a first storage amount determined from the lower limit voltage of the flat region, the control device (51) charges the battery (22) until the open circuit voltage becomes a first voltage exceeding the upper limit voltage of the flat region after a vehicle comes into a drivable state, and the setting device (53) sets a storage amount estimated by the estimation device (52) to a control storage amount until the open circuit voltage reaches the first voltage, and sets a second storage amount determined from the open circuit voltage to the control storage amount after the open circuit voltage reaches the first voltage.
