The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a flooring material for a railway vehicle, comprising: a first step of manufacturing a keystone plate; a second step of manufacturing a buffer including a first cushioning material and a second cushioning material disposed on an upper side of the first cushioning material and laminating the first cushioning material on the upper side of the keystone plate; and a third step of manufacturing a bottom cover and laminating the bottom cover on an upper side of the buffer. An object of the present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing the flooring material for the railway vehicle capable of maintaining flatness which can be deformed by an unbalanced load.

    본 발명은, 키스톤플레이트를 제작하는 제1 단계; 제1 완충재와 상기 제1 완충재의 상측면에 배치되는 제2 완충재를 포함한 완충부를 제작하고 상기 키스톤플레이트 상측면에 적층하는 제2 단계; 및 바닥커버를 제작하고 상기 완충부 상측에 적층하는 제3 단계;를 포함하는 철도차량용 바닥재의 제조방법을 제공한다.
