A purpose of the present invention is to detect dangers and crises occurring on the road in advance, and to prevent vehicle accidents by foreseeing vehicles and pedestrians. Specifically, the present invention comprises: a photographing step (S100) of photographing road conditions using a camera (100); a first transmission step (S210) of transmitting photographing information (11) to a control center server (200) after the photographing step; an analysis step (S300) of analyzing the transmission information (12) by the server after the transmission step; a second transmission step (S220) of transmitting situation information (13) to a sign (310) installed on the road after the analysis step; and an information providing step (S500) of outputting information on the sign after the second transmission step.

    본 발명은 도로상에 발생되는 위험 및 위기사항을 사전 감지하며, 차량 및 보행자에게 예지시켜 차량사고를 미연에 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 카메라(100)를 이용하여 도로상황을 촬영하는 촬영단계(S100); 촬영단계 후, 촬영정보(11)를 관제센터 서버(200)로 전송하는 제1전송단계(S210); 전송단계 후, 상기 서버에 의해 전송정보(12)를 분석하는 분석단계(S300); 상기 분석단계 후, 도로에 설치된 표지판(310)으로 상황정보(13)를 전송하는 제2전송단계(S220); 상기 제2전송단계 후, 상기 표지판에 정보를 출력하는 정보제공단계(S500);를 포함하는 단계로 이루어진다.
