The present invention relates to a stepped fishway using an actuator. An actuator (30) of the present invention enables a gate (200) to open and close a waterway (210) through a lifting operation thereof. In the fishway (20), the amount of river water discharged is automatically adjusted by a lower waterway (220) and an upper waterway (230), so the width of the discharge waterway is changed. Bottom surfaces (233, 234, 234a, 235, 235a) of the lower waterway (220) and the upper waterway (230) are inclined to allow easy movement of aquatic animals and fish upstream. Furthermore, the fishway (20) is equipped with a monitoring means including a management server (530) and an administrator terminal (540). The monitoring means enables monitoring of situations of a river at remote locations by receiving data on water levels and abnormal signs around a riverbank (10) and the fishway (20). Accordingly, abnormal conditions of the riverbank and fishway and the occurrence of disasters can be monitored in real time.

    본 발명은 액추에이터를 이용한 계단식 어도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 액추에이터(30)의 리프팅 작동에 의해 수문(200)이 수로(210)를 개폐시킬 수 있게 되며, 어도(20)는 배출수로의 폭이 변경되는 하부수로(220)와 상부수로(230)에 의해 하천수가 배출되는 수량이 자동적으로 조절되고, 하부수로(220)와 상부수로(230)의 바닥면(233, 234, 234a, 235, 235a)이 경사지게 형성되어 어류와 수서동물이 상류로 쉽게 이동할 수 있게 되며, 또한 관리서버(530)와 관리자 단말기(540)를 포함하는 모니터링 수단에 의해 원격지에서 하천보(10)와 어도(20) 주변의 수위와 이상 징후 데이터를 전송받아 하천의 상황을 모니터링 하여 하천보 및 어도의 이상 여부와 재난재해 발생 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있게 된다.
