The present invention relates to an initial delivery system for a towed array sensor of a submarine winch system. According to the present invention, the initial delivery system for a towed array sensor of a submarine winch system comprises: a winch drum (100) for winding or deploying a cable (20) including a towed array sensor; a deflection unit (200) which adjusts the position of the cable (20) when the cable (20) is wound or deployed; and a deployment unit (300) which aligns and moves the cable (20) when the cable (20) is wound or deployed.
