실시예는 철도차량 스마트 유지보수 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 이러한 시스템은 철도차량을 운용할 경우에, 철도차량의 상태 정보를 수집(데이터 수집)하여 철도차량을 관리(데이터 가공)하고 이상 상황을 감지, 분석해서, 사전진단(데이터 분석)을 통해 철도차량을 유지 보수 최적화한다. 그리고, 이러한 정보를 누적해서, 철도차량 등의 고장진단과, 투입 부품 수명예측, 정비 대상 철도차량 부품 교체, 정비 대상 이력 추천과 관련된 여러 모델을 동일한 방식으로 통합 생성하므로, 사전진단을 통해 철도차량을 유지 보수하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이를 통해 IoT, ICT 기술 및 센서 기술들을 활용한 스마트 유지보수 기술을 철도차량에 적용하여 철도차량의 상태 및 점검을 스스로 진단하고 적합한 유지보수를 함으로서 차량 상태의 문제점을 분석하고 예방하여 철도차량의 신뢰도를 향상시키고 유지보수에 대한 비용절감으로 가격성이 양호하다.

    An embodiment relates to a smart railroad vehicle maintenance monitoring system. Specifically, when operating a railroad vehicle, the system collects state information of a railroad vehicle (data collection), manages the railroad vehicle (data processing), detects and analyzes abnormal situations, and optimizes the maintenance of the railroad vehicle through pre-diagnosis (data analysis). By accumulating the information, various models related to fault diagnosis of a railroad vehicle or the like, life prediction of input parts, replacement of railroad vehicle parts for maintenance, and recommendation of maintenance target history are integrated and created in the same way, thus maintaining the railroad vehicle through pre-diagnosis. Through this, smart maintenance technology using IoT and ICT technologies and sensor technologies is applied to a railroad vehicle to self-diagnose the state and inspection of the railroad vehicle and perform appropriate maintenance to analyze and prevent problems in the vehicle state. Therefore, the reliability of the railroad vehicle is improved and, the maintenance cost is reduced so that the price is good.
